Canyon creek is a gated community with plenty of amenities for their residents to enjoy. The gated community includes two sparkling pools and 1 jacuzzi in our main pool area. Canyon creek also offers a gym and club house for resident’s use. We offer assigned parking and have open parking spots for guests as well, Canyon Creek Villas is part of an HOA and keeps landscape and grounds looking fresh and clean. This gated community is near plenty of shopping centers that include Walmart, Target and grocery stores.  Most of the shopping centers are at close distance and we are also near bus stops for public transportation. We are near plenty of fast food chains and hospital and medical offices are located with in a few miles. High school, middle school and elementary schools are with in 5 miles away from Canyon Creek Villas. Apart of Canyon Creek villas being a gated community we also have courtesy patrol available.
 
Canyon creek has 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with or with out fireplaces. We offer traditional units as well as modern units. Both floorplans include roman tubs in the master bedrooms. Walk in closet are available on select units, both floorplans are very specious and include washer and dryers in unit. Select units will have granted counter tops and resurfaced cabinets. Units include vinyl and carpet throughout the floorplan. All units are equipped with fridge, stove and dishwasher and on some select units’ microwaves are available.
