|Recommended: YesOverall property is good, just needs a few adjustments. — I just moved in less then a week ago and I work a lot. The apartments seem very family oriented kids are kind of loud at night sometimes but after nine pm quiet. The property staff could take more time and not rush when fixing up apartment for next tenants to move in. Water pressure not so good.

|Recommended: YesImpressive — I just move here August 2021 and so far it a nice apartment. when i request for maintenance they came quick. the manager in the office very nice. I apply for the apartment but i was heading out of the country they was nice to send the application to me. but i couldn't send it back he just change my move in date until i come back into the country to fill out my application. That was nice of them.
|Recommended: YesNeighbors in 2011 — Apt 2011 has a pit bull dog they take her out to poop behind our balcony and they never pick up after their dog there’s way too many poops already u guys need to step in… we have a service dog he’s a pit bull as well and we always pick up after him and we’ve started to pick after them but this has to stop. So please put an end to this.
|Recommended: YesVery happy to be here — I would tell a friend how nice and comfortable it is to live here at canyon creek villas. No complaints at all. Friendly neighbors and staff. They are always trying to make your stay here feel welcoming. Thank u all.

|Recommended: NoNice place — Overall the apartment is nice. Love the roman tub. Grounds well kept. Trash does pile up in dumpster area but thats expected with a large property. There are roaches. I've seen a few but far and in between and could be cause I stay relatively close to the trash are. But pest control comes out when you call the leasing office to request it. My only complaint is the pool still opened but I was told they are making repairs to get it approved by BOH, so hopefully soon. I'm on the 2nd floor so I have complaints on noise. Near everything so it's in a convenient location. Overall, I'm satisfied.

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff — I've been living here for 3 years now and I love it, the new staff we now have on board are the best honestly. They are very helpful get back to renters so quick I personally appreciate that. As for maintenance the best always come fast to fix anything and are super nice. My neighbors are the best we all respect one another's space and get along great, really neighborly friendly. I do feel like a community living here. Thank you to all the staff that help keep this place running.

|Recommended: YesTruly great place to live — I really do love this place. My apartment is really nice and any time I've had even a minor issue, maintenance is there to fix it the same day. It's an apartment so of course theres kids in the complex and you occasionally hear your neighbors but it's never been an issue for me. It's also super conveniently located.
|Recommended: Yes3 bdrm 2bathroom — I enjoy being able to live in a decent apartment that is within my budget. I have cool neighbors. My maintenance issues were resolved quickly. During CovId staff was still available through phone and email.
